- - Lead the overall production team towards achieving department objectives. - Responsible for In Process Production control (IPPC), planning, coordinating and organizing the head count per machine/process to maximize quality output.
- Manage 12 hours shifts in delivering output, quality and productivity.
- Responsible for planning and organizing headcount and cost-saving. - Coordinating plant wide quality activities.
- Support manufacturing to ensure outgoing quality and feedback any discrepancies / problems to the relevant personnel.
- Requirements :
- - Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 year's supervisory experience in semiconductor environment.
- Good understanding of capacity WIP, mix management and possess basic planning skills.
- Possess good leadership/communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work on 12 hour rotating shift.
