- • Plan, organize, control, monitor and lead electrical maintenance team to improve productivity and bring down maintenance cost.
• To study, propose and implement cost reduction program to achieve consistent lower possible maintenance cost without compromising on quality of work / parts and safety.
• Guide, train , motivate and develop competencies of subordinates.
• Ensure compliance to all existing legislation with reference to safety, machinery and environment.
• Achieve maintenance cost target and departmental stretched goals.
• To carry out project and task assigned by department head or plant manager.
- Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Leadership Quality & Commitment, Able to Handle Project.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
