Description :: - Overall responsibilty for the test effort's success, involve quality and test advocacy, resource planning and mangement, and resolution of issues that impede the test effort.
- Review TEST process by efficient methods at economical cost, run in the lean manufacturing concept.
- Develop &manage the TEST engineering department within the overall plan of the business.
- Mentor and develop personnel within the department.
- Manage Test Engineering team to continuously improve testing processes through the induction of appropriate process controls
- Advocating the appropriate level of quality by the resolution of improtant Defects.
- Assessing the progress and effectiveness of the test effort.
- Building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of project.
- Deploying and managing resources for testing
-Integrate new or modified equipment, tooling, process, procedures, SOP's and safety requirement.
-Awareness of Policy & Objective Company (QMS &EMS)
- Awareness of RBA code of conduct & CSR.
Requirements :: -Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering(Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Management skill, computer literate, amchine operation, documentation
-At least 5 years of experience in assembly process.
