Description :: Primary Function:
-Responsible to take ownership for overall program management team within South East Asia (S.E.A) to
ensure customer’s satisfaction through well managed New -Product Introduction (NPI) and good working
relationship with Global Account Team.
-Responsible as point of contact for customer’s escalation with regards to delivery, customer focus
team (CFT) issues and deliverables improvement.
-Duties & Responsibilities:
-Report to the Managing Director of Trend Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“TTM”);
-Provide leadership and guidance to the Program Management team in South East Asia (“S.E.A.”);
ie. TTS & TTM, on all daily executional issues;
-Manager the coordination of product life cycle activities with account health and have responsibility for accounts of various levels of complexity;
-Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics
-Be the key channel of communication for customers for all communication and escalation if any;
Requirements :: Academic Qualification:
-Preferably with at least diploma or equivalent in mechanical engineering.
Work Experience:
-Preferably at least 8 years relevant working experience in program and project management in sheet metal
fabrication, plastic injection molding or equivalent. EMS exposure is preferred.

Others:
-Conversant in English/Microsoft Excel/Microsoft Words. Positive attitude, proactive, high level of integrity,
extrovert and energetic.
