Description :: - Responsible to conduct inspection on all parts according to the sampling plan as stipulated in the inspection and/or test procedures as refer to customer’s specification and requirements, unless specified otherwise.
- To conduct inspection on all parts according to the appropriate inspection procedures and criteria given.
- To identify all inspected lot(s) by labelling or stamping.
- To reject any part that do not meet the customer’s or in-house specifications.
- Not authorize to pass or waive any non-conforming items.
- To authorize all conforming parts for production or shipment.
- To notify or verify with the superior on any unusual occurrence/finding on parts/lots, unsecure acceptance criteria or procedural deviations in the lines.
- To record the result of all inspections in the appropriate recording forms.
- To be responsible for placing and removing of labels in their respective working areas.
-Any other assigned job from the QA Manager/QA Engineer.
- Review, maintain and keep inspection and test records effectively.
Requirements :: -Minimum diploma in engineering or equivalent.
-Minimum 1 year experience preferably in metal stamping, metal fabrication or plastic injection.
-Knowledge of OSHA Laws, ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO13485 is an added advantage.
-Positive attitude, high level of integrity, able to work with others independently.
-Ability to work under tight dateline.
-Conversant in English/Microsoft Excel.
