Description :: Main Objectives of the job:
- Carry out production processes assigned by Production Leader/ Supervisor strictly according to predefined SOP/WI/Guide Lines toward ZD objective.

Tasks:
1. Understand related production processes standadr & requirements ;- SOP/WI/Guide Line & OV prior start any job.
2. Strictly practice ZD approach via CCSC (cross check, self check).
3. No independent decission are allow to made prior consent from Leader/ Supervisor should there be problem occurred during working, hence just "ASK" if in doubt.
4. Promptly recorded job data ; start & end work, process routing included none productive activities tasks, hence clocking efficiency must be >99%.

Responsibility:
1. Carry out work task assigned by Production Leader/ Assistant Production Supervisor
2. Acquire multiple work skill enabling work loading optimization & flexibility.
3. Recorded executed activities data/ report
4. Conducting Cross Check & Self Check on every processeses piece.

Competencies:
• Actions have to be in line with Sefar company regulations & guidelines
• Costs have to be in line with the planning
Information:
• All information that is needed to perform the job will be made available or have to be demanded.
• Make business documents accessible to entitled persons only.
• Inform the superior immediately about extraordinary issues.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Production Planning, Manpower Planning, QA/QC, Familiar with Sewing processes
