- 1.Responsible to support production to set up machine / equipment to ensure the parts, WIP and finished goods meets the specification.
2.Provide technical advice and guidance to the production personnel to achieve cost, productivity and quality requirement.
3.Responsible for specifying product quality assurance in terms of product performance, reliability, safety and cost effectiveness of the product.
4.Responsible to coordinate the reply for any CA issued by customer.
5.Operation Instructions, Process Control Instructions, Machine Set Up Instructions and Tooling Lists.
6.Establish a MPI, Process Control Instructions, Machine Set Up and Tooling Lists for Production use.
7.Ability to plan a systematic activities implemented in a quality system to make sure quality requirements
for a product or service is fulfilled.
8.Typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in groups of moderate complexity
9.Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility
10.May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
11.Continual improvement related to process, cost, production and overall quality of the products with applying lean & industry 4.0 concepts
12.Lead process engineering and equipment maintenance teams, including schedules and downtime.
13.Review, improve upon, and set standards for organization-wide manufacturing documentation.
14.Supervise validation and finalization of new processes and technologies - Requirements :
- 1.Min Bachelor Degree in Electronic/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or 5 years working experience in related field.
2.Strong technical knowledge to support production in manufacturing.
3.Experience in QA is an added advantange.
4.Knowledge in FMEA and control plan.
5.Knowledge of Electronics, Electrical and mechanical is prefered.
6.Self motivator, strong leadership skils, analytical and with interpersonal attributes.
