Description :: - Liaise with customer on improvement plans -requirements, audits and quality issue
-Support external audits by customer and 3rd party certification bodies
-Participate in company’s Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health management program
- To ensure proper product transfer to mass production
- To prepare & review New Product package
- Ensure timely report submission to customer
- Preparation of weekly report
- Participate in daily meeting with production to resolve quality issue
- Participate in new product meeting
- Develop and maintain the effectiveness of in-coming, in prosess&outgoing quality control
-Drive continual improvement projects
-Plan and perform proses audits internally and supplier to ensure compliance per customer requirement
Requirements :: - Knowledge in 8D methodology, FMEA, MSA, SPC, QC 7-tools is a must
- Minimum 5 years working experience with preferably experience working in HDD industry. Senior position will be offered for more than 5 years working experience
- EDUCATION: Degree or equivalent
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
