Description :: • Responsible for overall M&E related project design concept, design calculation and drawings & estimation.
• Responsible to ensure quality and accuracy of design and drawings of Mechanical & Electrical.
• Responsible to ensure all construction activities comply with construction drawings and specifications.
• Monitors quality of works (material and workmanship). Resolves quality and technical issues on timely manner and feedback to Manager.
• Checks and safekeeping all project drawings related to Mechanical & Electrical.
• Installation and commissioning of electrical equipment at site, resolve all technical issues expeditiously.
• Coordinates all necessary authority submission and inspections to ensure all compliance with authority requirements.
• Monitors and reviews work progress to ensure construction activities are carried out according to the design / construction requirements, specs, and authority regulations & guidelines.
• Attends design, consultant coordination and site meeting.
• Compliances with procurement procedures for all Mechanical & Electrical equipment’s and additional spare parts purchase activities.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
Requirements :: • Degree/Diploma/Professional Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in building construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other related software.
• Good professionalism, a team player, strong sense of responsibility, proactive and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Familiar with design specifications, Mechanical and Electrical standards and construction specifications.
• Able to resolve site/technical issues independently.
• Strong in project evaluation and drawing optimization.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Must able to speak chinese.
