Description :: • Responsible for overall spectrum of R&D and QC with ref to all technical perspectives.
• Develop and new product and or value added invention.
• To develop new products to meet market trends & demands.
• To establish TDS and MSDS for new products and review on existing products.
• Review improve quality and competency of existing products.
• Responsible for cost down activities.
• Prepare sample panel for projects..
• Responsible to ensure FA and the incoming materials meets specification.
• To liaise closely with production department for any NC matters.
• To liaise closely with Procurement department for new sample testing on Cost Down activities & new products development.
• Conduct validation of test method and verification of incoming chemical/materials
• Handle all customer complaints and responsible for corrective/preventive measures
• Responsible for Quality System such as ISO / SIRIM
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in Chemistry, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good interpersonal skill, open minded, proactive, strong sense of responsibility and committed.
• Good analytical & leadership skills.
