Description :: Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance and PM activity
Responding/attending to breakdowns
Diagnosing faults and problems
Repairing/servicing equipment
Initiating stock of supplies and equipment
Supervising day shift electricians and contract workers
Ensuring maintenance expenses is within the budget
Maintaining performance reports
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
Ensuring compliance with 5S standards
Establishing and up keeping maintenance procedures
Implementing and commissioning planned projects
Facilitating visit of external contractors/visitors
Requirements :: Excellent knowledge on PLC program; S5/S7 Siemens/TIA portal
Having sound knowledge on sub-station and power management
Electrical related technical knowledge
An ability to work well under pressure or requirement to work during odd hours
Good verbal and written communication skills
At least a diploma holder in Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years’ experience working in similar manufacturing environment.
Experienced in establishing and maintaining preventive maintenance activity as well as computerized maintenance system
Experienced in dealing with various type of electrical drives
Willing to work in a rotating shift, if needed
Lowest Qualification :: Diploma
