- Optimize the company’s IT infrastructure by providing technical support.
Assist the CIO in executing ITrelated projects, both hardware & softwarerelated.
Manage the server/storage/network infrastructure to ensure optimum efficiency and maximum uptime.
Provide technical support to users for both hardware & software issues.
Perform setup and maintenance for PCs, both desktops and laptops.
Develop and implement software projects including (but not limited to) website development, management reporting and etc.

- Necessary skills
Windows Server 2008/2012 – Intermediate.
Windows operating systems (various) – Advanced.
Networking (TCP/IP) – Advanced.
Microsoft Office applications – Advanced.
Desired skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 Enterprise Resource Planning system.
Programming/coding skills – PHP, VBA for Office apps, C++.
