Description :: A.Stock Replenishment Planning
1. Analyze weekly order proposal rationally to ensure stock availability yet maintain the inventory level as per company budget.
2. Ensure weekly order processing times for delivery;ex various source plants is being followed.
3. Constantly study, analyses and propose stock keeping or deduction plan to the superior to ensure healthy stock trend.
4. Drive improvements within the demand planning process to contribute towards the achievement of the optimization of the process,
customer service and supply chain efficiency and inventory level.
Material Master Management
1. Create and maintain material master at the system promptly to facilitate quotation and ordering process.
2. To periodically update the material master on its discontinuation, replacement and substitution.
3. Responsible for the accuracy of material maintenance so that the weekly MRP (Material Resource Planning) is systematically run
properly for replenishment suggestion.
B.Inventory Management
1. Responsible for optimum inventory that ensure the demand is able to fulfil in timely manner and the budgeted stock days are always
kept.
2. Responsible for inventory movement, stock planning and coordination of inventory counts and cycle counts.
3. To conduct investigations on stock variance during daily activities and inventory count exercises.
4. Work with Product Managers to ensure reduction in obsolescence level on finished goods and PADS.
5. Main person in charge of daily demo stock movements, weekly interbranches stock transfer and monthly stock reconciliation and
recommendation of action plan if stock discrepancy arises.
C.Shipping and Receiving
1. Continuous monitor the progress of compliance services provided by outsourced consultant.
2. Coordinate with freight forwarder, ensure correct custom clearance requirement are followed and containers are clear and deliver to
correct destination in timely manner.
3. Maintain close discussion with Order Management team in terms of urgent order fulfillment and weekly container planning.
4. Follow up on urgent shipment with Order Management team and freight forwarder where required.
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management / Purchasing or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 – 3 years relevant operational experience in Supply Chain Management.
3. Skillful in operating advanced Excel software
4. Knowledge on SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Advanced Planners & Optimizer (APO) is an advantage
5. Possess strong interpersonal, analytical skills with high level of attention to details and strong in customer focus.
6. Has good interpersonal skills and strong command of both written and spoken English.
