Description :: Liaise with suppliers
Handling all related purchasing documentation and activities
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the delivery time
To issue purchase order and follow up with suppliers to ensure the quality of products
Request quotation and negotiation price with new and existing suppliers
Prepare relevant purchasing report
Requirements :: Candidate must possess at least Diploma
Knowledge in SQL accounting system is an advantage
Must be computer literate and good knowledge of MS Offie program (Word and Excel)
Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong.
5 days work, Monday – Friday: 8.30am 5.30pm
