Description :: • Manage and supervise Incoming QA section
• Work with Sourcing, Suppliers and other relevant department for supplier qualification
• Review new suppliers and if necessary, perform supplier survey
• Responsible for co-ordination of DFA and FA-in-Agile
• Design test plan to do qualification testing of FA parts when necessary
• Co-ordinate qualification testing when necessary
• Prepare incoming inspection methods
• Training of inspectors
• Manage incoming inspection, NCMR/MRB and CAR
• Manage calibration program

• Incumbent must be able to perform the Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the job (stated above).
• Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
• Typically requires the ability to sit at a computer for extended periods of time, hear the telephone, and enter data on a computer or calculator.
• May require the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Some travel may be required in order to perform the essential duties of this position.
Requirements :: • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• Experience in Mechanical or Electro-mechanical industry
• Good knowledge and experience of ISO 9001
• Good knowledge and experience in applying SPC Techniques
• Can interpret Engineering Drawing
• Understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
• Can operate inspection equipment and program CNC CMM
• Experience in Quality Auditing function

Knowledge and Skills
• Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong MS office application skills (Word, Excel, PP, and Outlook).
