- •Attend to technical inquiries and provide technical support (instalation, maintenance, etc) for our customer in product operation and problem solving.
•Responsible for installation, commissioning of our products and conduct training at our customer site.
•Conduct product and application training for internal and external customers.
•Maintain quality manner and issue new procedure as required.
•Development of shop production and assembly drawing.
•Responsible for warranty evaluation process.
•Assist in design and configuration of product and system to meet customers.
•Assist customers on product selection, solutions and other applications knowledge.
•Developing and maintaining relationship with Sales Manager.
- Requirements :
- •Candidate must possess Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial preferred)
•Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
•At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Applicants must be willing to travel and outstation.
•Excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skill.
•Proficient in Microsoft Application.
•Ability to communicate with various level or management, and cooperate effectively with others on the team.
