- - Responsible for effective coordination of Production activities to ensure in meeting the production
schedules and efficiency targets.
- Responsible for direct supervision of all Production staff to ensure Production operation is carried out
at maximum efficiency, within budgeted costs, meeting agreed - KPIs and objectives as to quality and
performance standards.
- Responsible to ensure for effective documentation for easy traceability and proper identification.
- Required to provide backup for Engineer in their absence and resume responsibilities at other
sections where required to ensure these sections production requirements are met.
- Responsible for related processes, equipment troubleshooting by working closely with engineers and
other operational staff and lead or participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Required to liaise with other Engineers/Executives of other departments/sections, suppliers, statutory
bodies, third party auditors and other business units within the - Division to ensure that business
requirements are met.
- Responsible for the health and safety of Production employees by maintaining a high awareness of
safety, housekeeping and ensuring safe working practices, environmental and quality procedures are
employed at all time at production floor.
Promotes sound working relationships between all operations personnel involved in the production
process at peer and managerial level that enhance team work, learning and continuous improvement
culture in the organization and identify training, coaching and mentoring for the subordinates as part
of staff development and growth. - Requirements :
- - person must possess or complete Diploma in Chemical or any Engineering related field
- Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and improve manufacturing processes.
- Supervisory skills
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- More than 4 years in manufacturing control and management.
24 hours manufacturing process. Working on shift (if required)
- Promote teamwork within the department and organisation.
- Ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing process to meet both internal and external requirements
of the Company.
- Knowledge in 5S, 8D reporting, Microsoft Office, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, TS16949. Knowledge in
