- -The responsibilities vary by the function and project that you are working in. Below are some of the responsibilities that you could be accountable for:
-Support manufacturing engineering functions at the factory sites and deploy global manufacturing process improvements at the factories.
-Manage manufacturing build process, process control validation, which will include CM/ODM/OEM Audit & Qualification.
-Support New Product Introduction (NPI) Proto/Pilot & FAI at the -Factory sites; provide support on product change management and technical issues related to the product family / business unit.
-Responsible for capacity, cost and product change management including context ME management, NRE review and approval.
-Initiates and drives solutions for closed loop corrective actions Mfg Partners and Component Suppliers.
-Responsible to drive delivery of key metrics, such as Factory Site -Technical Metrics, sustaining yield & YAP, quality excellence, and QBR/MOR scorecard.
-Drives bone pile metrics, review repair practices, and collaborate with Test Engineering to drive overall Test Debug and Repair Processes. - Requirements :
- -Desired Degree: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS /etc)
-Desired Major: Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial engineering or equivalent.
-Manufacturing or Quality knowledge is a plus with basic knowledge about process control, quality metrics, lean manufacturing, six sigma, etc.
-Minimum CGPA of 3.3 - Lowest Qualification :
