Description :: - To lead and oversea the Engineering Department.
- Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for engineering related processes.
- Manage all the NPI form prototype t mass-run until the product end of life
- Responsible in process time study, line balance, line setup and relay activities.
- Analysis current operation, methods and resource utilization and recommend alternative method aim at improving efficiency in the use of material, man & machine.
- Develop and define a proper process flow and assembly station, process audit and working instruction verification.
- To identify and select proper tools, equipment, jigs and fixture needed for the project or process.
- To assist customer on sited on Engineering work if required
- To analyse and respond to customer compliant on the product, conduct testing and compile the data with conclusion.
0 Verify jigs, texture, participate process quotation, capacity analysis and indirect material consumption,
- To review and approve all engineering documents and changes
- Conduct staff assessment and appraisal.
Requirements :: - Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Required skills : MS Access, MS Excel, MS DOS
Language : BM, BC, BI.
- At Least 8 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position
- Preferably Manager specializing in Engineering in a manufacturing environment
- Self- motivated, independent and good team player.
- Proficient in CAD and ERP system.
