•Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.
•Good knowledge of budgeting,cost estimation, contract documentation and specification, and project planning software & related tools.
•Self-starter ,committed with good communication and supervision skills.
•Ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other relevant government authorities to delivery objectives.
•Willing to travel oustation occasionally and be relocated
