Description :: Handle all customer enquiries & provide complete solution.
Provide quality post sales service, which includes performing installations, commissioning, customer training, corrective maintenance, modifications, software upgrading and preventive maintenance of equipment.
Respond to customer service requests to troubleshoot problems, take corrective actions and complete on-site repairs including testing of the systems.
Preparation of quotations and monitors progress of customer order and follows up to ensure customer satisfaction.
To identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts for the company’s product, provide after sales support activities and technical assistance to end-user customers.
Assists in technical trainings and seminars.
Establish and maintain high level of customer service.
Maximize sales and meet sales quota.
Provide timely and accurate external and internal professional reports.
Discuss and participate with team members on service delivery improvements.
Requirements :: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate
Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia. Advantage : Mandarin and Japanese.
2 years working experience will be an advantage.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply for this position.
Self-motivated, independent and a good team player.
Must be computer literate in MS Office.
Good attitude and willing to take on additional tasks and responsibilities when required.
Good interpersonal skills with strong commitment to customer service.
Must be prepared to travel around Malaysia and oversea.
Possess own transport, valid driving license and willing to travel extensively on short notice.
