Description :: •Manage full spectrum of maintenance & facilities of the company.
•Establishes and maintains maintenance management system.
•Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant and Machinery and solving maintenance-related problems.
•Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated.
•Maintains and updates SOP for the maintenance department.
•Monitors plant equipment and systems.
•Initiates and carries out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.
•Maintains safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures Directs, maintains, and enforces the safety program for the maintenance department.
•Communicates directly with the operations department to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas.
•Other duties may be assigned.
•Experience with repairs and maintenance of processing equipment.
•In-depth knowledge of the plant, equipment maintenance is an asset
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
•At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably Managers / Executive specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
•Full-Time position(s) available.
