Description :: • To provide in-house secretarial services in managing and administering secretarial practices and corporate secretarial requirements in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations
Requirements :: • Pursuing ICSA course / ICSA graduate
• Possess 2 - 3 years relevant working experience
• Good command of written and spoken English and knowledge of mandarin is an added advantage
• Familiar with Companies Act 1965, Listing Requirements and other relevant acts
• To attend meetings and draft minutes in a timely manner
• To prepare resolutions, statutory forms, board meetings papers and announcements.
• Liaise with external secretaries and ensure submission of all requisite forms, returns and documents with SSM within deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and strong initiative
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Pleasant personality and team player
