Description :: Schedule inbound loads and enter into the system to include all backhauls. Schedule daily receiving by required day.
Check all inbound receiving tallies to ensure accuracy for dollar totals, case totals and tally numbers.
Compile and research all RAs daily and code same as findings dictate.
Prepares all daily blind receivers and slot labels for receivers.
Retrieve daily reports off system every morning.
File receiving copies at center along with necessary documentation. Submit receiving documents to central for proper handling.
Inform central procurement of any receiving problems or questions.
Other duties as assigned by center Management.
Requirements :: Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of data entry experience
Lowest Qualification :: Diploma
