Job Description
• Handle incoming customer inquiries/concerns, and manage referred cases with utmost professionalism and ensure high quality customer service at all times.
• Deliver excellent services and make every encounter with company a delightful experience for every customer.
• Adhere to work schedule as planned
• Meet productivity and quality standards
• Administer prompt feedback on operational issues for improvement
• Feedback on difficulties faced at work to superior so that improvements can be made to environment and work processes
• 12 months contract (subjected to renewal)

Remunerations
• Basic salary range from RM1.8K or RM2K (Depending on qualification and experience)
• 5 working days- work 40 hours per week (24/7 rotating shift)
• Allowances:
o Shift- up to RM300(depending on shift)
o RM500 language allowance for Mandarin Speaker
o KPI- from RM300 up to RM1250
o Transport up to RM220

Requirements :
• SPM
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to work on rotation shift, public holiday & weekend (Operation hours from 7am to 3am)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Training will be provided
