- Solicits proposals,negotiates contracts and monitors performance of contractors.
- Responsible to handle a project from inception to completion independently.
- Responsible to handle full set of drawings and co‐ordinate with consultants,architects,landlord and contractors. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess a Diploma & Degree in Mechanical/Process or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in handling project management.
- Good communication skills with analytical mind & able to work independently under pressure.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D studio Max, Photoshop,Adobe IIlustrators, MS office and related software.
- Proficient in both written & spoken of English,Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Wiling to travel if required.
