Description :: -To advise potential clients on various intellectual property issues.
-To handle all legal matters (office actions, opposition, objection, hearing) pertaining to the registration of Intellectual Property rights.
-Assist to draft, vet, review journals, articles, agreements and other legal documents.
-Monitors file status and meeting deadlines.
-Report to Management on progress of files and cases.
Requirements :: - Candidate must have at least Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunication, Engineering, Science, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Pharmacology, Law or its equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years working experience
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Self motivated, cheerful and positive individual.
