- • Provide technical support and maintain for UNIX, Wintel server, SAN storage and Cisco network devices.
• Performs 1st level of support pertaining to end-users enquiry and fault reports.
• Troubleshoot clients hardware, software and application problems via phone, remote access, email and onsite support.
• Study and understand the technical aspects of all security products and solutions such as authentication, firewall, antivirus, VPN etc. as well as data centre operations.
• Manage inventory of all IT assets such as software, laptop, computers, servers, printers, external storages etc.
• Maintain and expand network functionalities and infrastructure of the company.
• Setup backup solution for all production servers and ensure the backup runs as scheduled.
- Requirements :

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in IT/ Computer Science or equivalent.
• Those who are Microsoft Certified (MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCTS, MCITP), UNIX Certified administrator and Cisco (CCNA, CCNP) are encourage to apply.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• A fast learner & passion about new concepts & technologies.
• Strong analytical mind and willing to accept new challenges.
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently.
• Willing to travel.
• Full-Time positions available.
