Description :: - Work closely with project manager and senior team to deliver high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prioritize and resolve issues identified by customers and other teams in a timely manner.
- Responsible for deployment or configuring network equipment like routers,switches,firewall,IDS/IPS.
- Ensure business as usual for clients networks infrastructure & business operation.
- Updates customer on problem status/resolution in accordance with SLA
- Prepare necessary documentation for every deployment.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in
Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience
- Good knowledge in Network, Server and Computer hardware devices.
- Have Good knowledge in Cisco Router, Switches, Firewall or Fortigate Firewall will have advantages.
- Training will be provided.
