Description :: - Work with leadership to formulate the tactical plan to meet the strategic direction of Infrastructure team.
- Develop shared knowledge of leveraged tools on the Infrastructure team, eliminating single points of knowledge and dependencies.
- Work with IT management to establish and support technical policies and procedures
- Installs, configures and maintains approved telecom/network hardware and software components.
- Provides support for connectivity or related network/communication issues for the user
- Maintains and monitors Veeam backup servers and virtual or physical enterprise or any other tape libraries.
- Maintains inventory record and database containing information on licenses, warranties and service agreements for company’s IT hardware
- Responsible for administrative duties within
the IT procurement and inventory management function.
- Maintains location specific facility systems which include data centre equipment, CCTV and electronic security access.
- Managing video conference device which include troubleshooting if necessary
Requirements :: -Degree in IT, Computer Science or its equivalent
-Good communication skills.
-Strong understanding of task, project and responsibilities ownership
-Willing to work off-hours in an on-call schedule
-Creative and innovative thinking
-Analytical and problem solving skills to troubleshoot system problems
