- MNC company, IP networks and Data Centre infrastructure whom work closely with customers from the design and planning stages through to implementation and support. Well established globally and now looking for suitable candidate for its Malaysia, KL office:
1. Handling daily health check on network, server and storage equipment
2. Gathering logs and performance metric from setup environment
3. Raising trouble ticket and perform first level troubleshooting steps such error log and customer complaint
4. Perform remote hand tasks required related with hardware/system installation and maintenance
5. Involve with customer new requirement discussion and handling weekly/monthly report
- Requirements :
- 1. Overall knowledge and experience with network concepts such as VLAN, Subnetting and Cisco router/ switches.
2. Overall knowledge in VMware Vsphere setup and configuration
3. Overall knowledge in Storage SAN including fibre channel, zoning, masking and LUN creation
4. Overall knowledge in MS Windows Server 2003/2008 to collect server performance metric (CPU/Memory utilization, etc)
5. Overall knowlege in Unix operating system to collect server performance metric (CPU/Memory utilization, etc)
5. Good to have MS Excel reporting skill.
