• Responsible for setting policy and strategy to manage the Oracle Weblogic application services within the project.
• Provide technical architecture guidance to the Environment System Support, Application Programming, and Operations Teams.
• Analyzing, planning and implementing new technical design and software as necessary.
• Manage all Oracle Weblogic technical issues and prepare issue tracking report.
• Understanding the project’s end-to-end solution, providing the necessary decision making for new designs. 
Requirements :
• Technical architecture of Oracle Weblogic 9i, 10g, 11g
• UNIX/Linux Administration Skills
• Oracle 10g database application SQLs
• J2EE/Java performance tuning skill
• Weblogic testing tools for various interface protocols, e.g., SOAP, JMS, RMI, etc.
• 2 years of experience in working on technical architecture of Oracle Weblogic related applications.
• 6 months of experience working as a technical lead within a team
