Description :: - To steer Information Technology Services (Technology & Infrastructure) team into accomplishing the company's business strategies and goals.
- To ensure the availability and reliability of key ITS systems and telecommunication infrastructures.
- To maintain IT infrastructure and provide necessary propose enhancements/solutions to improve.
- Drive, manage and execute the business projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure efficient and effective IT support and system hardware operational including minimizing system downtime. - To ensure MIS team is geared towards providing quality operations, infrastructure and service desk services to the organization's end-users.
- To lead SAP project.
- Liaise with SAP vendor on support issues, enhancements and any other matter related to the system.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Required languages: English, Malay
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
