Description :: - To perform IT and office equipment maintenance support, trouble-shooting and resolving technical related issues.
- Responsible for hands-on installation of IT hardware & software including office equipment.
- Point of contact for end users on desktop PCs and office equipment related requirements and problems.
- Monitoring and ensure virus and spam free network environment.
- Handle and perform periodic health check on networking administration of local area network and servers.
- Work with end users department to identify, recommend and execute cost effective solutions.
Requirements :: - Recognized Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Preferably with minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
- Independent and a self-starter, team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of PC technology, LAN and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to plan, install and manage physical servers.
- Ability to identify root cause of technical issues and provide advice &solutions.
- Ability to implement and support technical layer of Microsoft Windows server.
- Good time management and result oriented.
- Possess self-initiative to research on relevant software or application.
