- - To provide assistance to IT Manager/HOD.
- Report computer problems and improvement needed to IT Manager/HOD.
- To coordinate activities of Information System operation with all departments.
- To provide hardware and software support to all the staffs.
- Ensure proper setup, installation and relocation of desktop, laptop, printer and other IT peripherals.
- Report production module performance to IT Manager/HOD.
- Evaluate and improve the performance information system.
- Ensure maintain and up-keeping of systems, programmes, electronic devices and the hardware/software (non-production) in the company.
- Monitor and ensure the safety of company data in the server.
- Trouble-shoot and propose effective solutions on server problems and network setup.
- Solve any network, hardware and software related issue - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or
equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- Applicants must be willing to work in Klang.
- Good knowledge in hardware and software.
