- · Work with developers and architects to establish guidelines
· Work closely with project manager and functional manager to discuss project requirement, timeline and issues pertaining to development.
· Expectation to train and coach junior developers
· Lead FTG and keep abreast with technology advancement in cloud computing, specifically Force.com
· Technical Code Review lead for all SFDC codes promotion to check coding standards and best practices
· Code and unit test programs to support database enhancements and defect resolutions
· Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for solutions making
· Ability to resolve issues in a short turnaround time.
· Application support and project management tasks may be assigned partially or fulltime as needed.
· Design application components, develop new applications or enhance existing applications using core development skills of Force.com. - Requirements :
- · Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or its equivalent.
· Experience of developing in a cloud based infrastructure is an added advantage.
· Strong in business acumen and good judgement in dealing with ambiguities
· Understand SDLC and Agile development methodologies
· Good understanding of data structures
· Strong in Java or any object oriented related development tools.
· Strong analytical background and very good attention to details
· Strong written & oral communication skills in English, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
