Description :: - Assist team leaders to perform audit planning, execution and reporting.
- Conducting interviews and discussions with relevant operating unit personnel to gather planning
information and prepare audit plan.
- Prepare detailed audit programs to effectively and efficiently test key controls and are in line with audit
objectives.
- Perform system walkthroughs and review.
- Perform compliance/substantive testing independently or in teams.
- Ensure detailed and effective documentation to facilitate supervisors’ review.
- Prepare draft audit reports in accordance with the prescribed format and standard.
- Assist team leaders to perform followup on the management action plans for audit findings.
- Perform relevant tasks in line with the assistance to external auditors on half yearly basis.
- Ensure that all relevant audit work papers/output are appropriately reviewed, approved, and filed.
- Perform ad hoc audit projects, as assigned, by supervisors.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in - Accounting, Auditing, Business or equivalent.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent is preferable.
- Required language(s): Able to read and write in English and Chinese would be added advantage.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
