Description :: 1. Recommend continuous improvement programmes for the yearly Quality Assurance (QA) plans to meet changing needs/requirements.
2. Application of software quality assurance activities for projects & perform process tailoring in the project.
3. Maintain & improve the software process & methodology within the organization.
4. Provide process related training and coaching to software engineers.
5. Identify, address and resolve non-compliance in the project.
6. Create and distribute software quality reports to stakeholders. the region
Requirements :: 1. Bechelor's / Master Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, or related discipline,
preferable with specialization or related experience in the area of embedded software
development.
2. Experience in conducting software audits/process compliance checks.
3. Very good understanding of software development life-cycle and development
methodology.
4. Customer-oriented, able to learn independently and work systematically under tight
schedules.
5. Working knowledge in some Quantitative techniques is required such as: Business
Statistics, Financial/Business Operation Mathematics, Operation/process research, Data Analysis & Reporting.
6. Work experience in performing or involvement in function such as: Audit, Risk
Management, SOP Preparation/Monitoring, Compliance tracking.
7. Must have ability to creatively solve operational problems.
8. Able to develop solutions that balance the need for process while allowing sufficient
design creativity.
9. Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills. High level of initiative and energy.
10. Fluent in English (written and verbal) and an effective presenter.
11. Must have working experience in one or several of the following continuous improvement
12. models - Six Sigma, CMM, CMMI, ISO9001. Experience or knowledge of AGILE/ SCRUM and Lean development practices, 8D and DFMEA is helpful
