Description :: - Assists in the planning, organizing, directing and coordinating of all the activities that the workers are engaged in
- Assists in the planting, grooming and maintaining of all ornamental trees, shrubs, flowers, lawns and softscape features
- Must work on hillsides, slopes and flat ground
- Must assign duties to the landscape workers and supervise their finished products, and responsible for the quality of the finished product or landscape
- Responsible for evaluating all of his employees' performance
- Responsible for training and mentoring his workforce
- Ensure the proper application of all landscape chemicals
- Responsible for communicating with the client and providing customer service
- Responsible for reviewing contracts, preparing estimates, securing the necessary tools
Requirements :: - Candidate must have at least Diploma
- Minimum 1-2 years experience
- Have knowledge of how to protect trees and plants from diseases and insect infestations
- Good customer service skills
- Knowledge about botany, growing seasons and climate zones is essential
