Description :
Responsible for providing efficient and effective support for the total operations in the Facilities Management Department
Executes routine administrative duties, including oral and written correspondences; provides work coordination of others and does related work as required
To prepare reports and documents whenever necessary within specific deadlines
To coordinate with others in the office on assignments as and when required
To arrange, coordinate and prepare minutes of meetings for internal meeting
To create proper and/or maintain current filing system to ensure that all documentations and information are readily available
to draft, prepare and distribute all correspondeces such as letters, memos, faxes, etc.
 
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field;
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent;
Speak fluent Chinese (MUST),English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge in other languages will be added advantage
