Description :: -To manage all the works and tests to be carried out by the Contractor as per specification, the Bill of Quantity and any test that is necessary for the full compliance of the civil/structural works.
-Review progress and shop-drawings submission by the contractor; examine contractor's proposals and working drawings relating to the works; consult with Design Office about acceptability of the contractor's proposals.
-Advise on the site and technical issues as well as ensure adequate safety precautions being enforced on site.
-Approve the contractor's testing procedure; inspect the works on completion as required by the contract; check the results of the test and report the outcome to Design Office.
-To resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the projects.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering.
-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Candidate must be willing to work in Johor.
-Able to liaise/coordinate with client, consultants and contractors.
-Good oral and written communication skills, assertive and possess initiative.
