Description :
•To Monitor Design Activity and Process, to review M&E consultant design drawings and calculation.
•Liaison with Architect and Structural Engineer for M&E requirements and system provision.
•Liaison with Development and Marketing Team for Existing M&E Issue and Obtained Good Practice for Construction Design Inputs.
•To attend client consultant coordination meeting, main contractor site meeting and M&E sub-contractors coordination meeting.
•To assist on Revit team for 3D drawings and sectional drawings coordination.
•To follow up M&E services authority drawings submission.
•To assist on M&E sub contract award and project implementation.
•To provide M&E services clash analysis and discuss with Architect and Structural Engineer for solution method. 
Requirements :
•Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
•At least 15 year(s) of working experience in building M&E design works for high rise buildings with knowledge in operating AutoCAD.
•Strong leadership and communication skills.
•Proactive, enthusiastic, innovative and able to build and lead a team.
