- • Assists Project Manager in planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
• Involves and assists Project Manager in technical evaluation.
• Identifies the technical scope of the products and services.
• Determines engineering issues and viable solutions.
• Establishes technical specifications to meet requirements.
• Responsible to schedule and monitor program activities to achieve an “on-time” result.
• Attends regular project meetings and reports to Project Manager on project progress.
• Liaises with all parties involved in the project such as external consultants, contractors, suppliers, local approval authorities and etc.
- Requirements :
- • Degree in Civil & Structural /Building Engineering/ Construction / Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of structural design experience in Civil / Structural Engineering Industry.
• Knowledge on Foundation, Reinforced Concrete and steel designs on hihg-rise and commercial buildings is preferred.
• Candidate should be familiar with local authority’s requirements, submissions and etc.
• Some experience in Infrastructural works include handling and liaising with related authorities would be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office applications
• A team player, strong sense of responsibility, proactive and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
