Description :: 1) Responsible for developing and increasing renevue by identifying, targeting, and acquiring new business opportunities (this include via cold calls and face-to-face meeting as well as presentation with potential clients)
2) Responsible in formulating sales strategies, prepare sales forecasts to achieve sustainable sales Growth
3) Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations, examining risks and potentials, estimating partners needs and goals
4) Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations
5) Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
6) They are required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients
7) Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company
8) Any job task that related to the position.
Requirements :: - Degree in Engineering (Civil)/ Construction Management /
Building Management
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
- Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/ Construction/ Structural/ Waterproofing or equivalent
- Experienced in preparation of presentations, business proposals, marketing and sales supports Materials
- Have good connection with Architects, Contractors and Developers
- Result-oriented, a team player, self motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
