Description :: • Monitor and analyses project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative tools.
• Monitor schedules and critical activities as well as provide early warnings to team members.
• Develop detailed task lists and work effort assessment.
• Develop master plan schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet Contract requirements.
• Support Project Manager in integrating subcontractors programmes into the master plan schedule.
• Gather actual data, update project schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from project teams.
• Prepare short and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from all key players and team members.
• Prepare and update work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress.
• Highlight and identify areas of delay as well as propose mitigation measure or recovery plan.
• Prepare / Review EOT claims to client and from subcontractors.
Requirements :: • Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or relevant discipline.
• At least 8 years of working experience
• Experienced in Railway Construction is an advantage
• Experienced in Linear Planning Programs like TILOS is an advantage.
• Flexible and willing to relocate to Johor.
• Vacancies available in KL and Johor.
