3)Identify causes of Building defects and suggest remedies
4)To check on changes of designs to assess to effect of costs.
5)Assisting in establishing a client's requirement and undertaking feasibility studies.
6)Analysing completed work and arranging payment to contractors.
7)To prepare monthly cash-flow forecast
8)Site visit and communicate with the architects, engineers, builders, contractors and project owner. - Requirements :
