Description :: 1. Provide technical support to the Sales and Production Department
2. Interact at all level within the organization in a highly professional and positive manner.
3. Identifies and solves problem s by offering innovative and accurate solutions.
4. Taking the lead in delivering design drawings, specification, reports and design review and ensuring that
they comply with contractual obligations
5. Act as the point of contact and subject matter expert for technical and engineering support to the tender submission and on-going or future projects if required
5. Develop and maintain productive relationships with key customer groups and with key suppliers of materials and services
6. Timely project progress report to Management
Requirements :: 1. At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Min. 5 years working experience in Precast Concrete Industry, building and civil & structures engineering or Construction Industry.
3. Highly organize, result-orientated and committed with strong business acumen and aggressive leadership quality.
4. Excellent in problem solving and communication skills and highly proactive.
5. Adaptable, independent and meticulous with pleasant disposition.
6. Candidates with Precast and Prefabrication design and construction experience will be have an advantage
7. Computer literate with AutoCAD capability and BIM sofrtwares
8. Required language : English, B.Malaysia & Chinese
