- - Tracking site progress using Microsoft Project on program that is already established at the beginning of the project
- To compile all document related to extension of time such as - Site instruction and variation order and submit to site manager
- Site engineer is responsible to advice the site manager on issues delayed and require contractual letter to be send to main contractor
- To monitor any staff under his supervision based the site organization chart
- Liaise and resolve the issue with consultant on all technical issues to ensure smooth site progress.
- If there is cost implication, the matter must be discussed with site manager/ quantity surveyor before approaching the consultant
- Check the revised construction drawing for discrepancies - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 to 6 years working experience for Senior Site -
Engineer position, design experience will be an advantage.
- Must be computer literate.
- Able to cope with pressure and work to tight deadlines.
- Self motivated, performance driven and team player.
- Must have an open mind and positive disposition to appreciate that continuous learning and improvement requires sacrifices, especially in this rigorous industry.
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Clear and confident communicator, capable of providing regular feedback based on facts.
- Must be result oriented, willing to work in accordance to project requirement, willing to learn and work in team. - Lowest Qualification :
