- • Liaise with various consultants, contractor, government department and local authority From land matter, layout plan, building plan up to certificate of fitness/ CCC.
• Prepare Feasibility studies and budgeting, and plan, schedule, implement and monitor site progress.
• Plan, design, tender, implement, control, monitor and administer unit handing over development projects.
• Manage and coordinate projects and ensure their smooth implementation within specific time Frame, budget and desired quality.
• Oversee handing over process and defect rectification work implementation.
• Plan project budget, marketing strategy and launching schedule in township development together with marketing department. - Requirements :
- • Possess Bachelors' Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Science (Housing, Building & Planning), Building or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in property development.
• Experience in township development is an added advantage.
• Analytical/innovative thinking.
• Good leadership, good communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal and result oriented, performance driven, independent, self motivated and good people management. - Lowest Qualification :
