Description :: To assist the senior on logistic department by keyin daily job assignment into computer system.
Making calls to clients to inform on the delivery and arrange daily delivery schedule for all the installers and customer service
technicians.
To coordinate all incoming delivery enquiries by telephone, fax and email.
To manage the defect/ customer service department making sure all the incoming sales service appointments are scheduled and follow
up with the administrative paper works.
One month training will be provided, our management and senior will assist you to make sure you can adapt with the job scope as soon
as possible.
Working Location: Taming Jaya, Balakong
Requirements :: Candidate must possess at least 1 year of experience in related field.
Have customer service mindset, with effective negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Positive working attitude and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good telephone etiquette, creative problem solving and analytical skills.
Preferably able to communicate in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST.
Computer literate with Microsoft Office.
